Nothing “major” started overnight. The great things and the “atrocities” as well usually always start small and that’s how they “take hold!” If something new were to be introduced all at once, people would be scared of it because it’s such a quick change. But by starting small and slowly introducing a little more, folks get “used to it!” Remember, this is how both good and bad get started! – “The” Trainer @62!

I think that for many, the best way to lose bodyfat “at first” is to just focus on eating less of the same things that you’ve always eaten and as time goes by you can start to change “what you eat!” To try and change too many variables at once is not a good idea! — “The” Trainer
