A man who had smoked 50 years once told me, “I have tried many times to stop but I can’t”! One week later I took care of him in CCU after he had a stroke. He then said, “I will never smoke again”! That was 18 years ago & he hasn’t! Folks, don’t wait to get close to death before taking care of your health! Stop saying you “can’t” lose fat or stop smoking or start exercising! You can! Now go out and “Do”!The Trainer Boxing/Functional Training Club Hood River
