Strange…

Strange? Most people that don’t know what their bodies are capable of see me and my clients doing things that “look” very strange to them! Functional training, or anything else that people see but don’t understand is “strange” to them. Imagine 100 years ago when a “strange” person looked into the sky during a clear night and imagined walking on that “glowing” orb.
Do you think her friends said she was “strange”? You bet! But what she really was displaying was a “knowing” that her friends refused to even think of because it was “strange”! #thetrainer #Insideoutfitness #rustic parkour #personaltrainer #functionaltraining #hoodriver #insideoutfitnesshoodriver #ultramarathon #fitness #functionaltrainer #health #running #fitnessaddict #workout #cardio #train #training #healthy #parkour #freerunning #healthychoices #active #strong #motivation #determination #lifestyle #getfit #cleaneating #eatclean #exercise
