Kirk wins men’s division “Fat Fighters 6″! At 63 years of age, Kirk kicked butt and lost 31.94% of the fat he started with in January 2015! Starting with a fat% of 19.074% and ending with 12.982%, Kirk has made remarkable changes in his body and mind! As you can tell, he also added a lot of muscle mass and confidence by not going by the weight scale but by fat which is what he wanted to lose! By the way, Kirk didn’t lose any weight on the scale, but looks awesome! Kirk worked and played so hard, I am extremely proud of him! We call him the”Movie Star” and now you see why! I love my job!
