I help you ‘make’ you!

A recent advertisement for a fitness facility said” We make you strong” “We make you fast” and it went on and on! Folks someone outside of your mind and body can’t make you anything! People can help you but it is impossible to “make” another person into anything! They are in charge of that. A good trainer can “aide, teach, motivate and inspire you, but not ‘make’!” As a matter of fact, a good trainer wants their clients to say to themselves, ” look at what I have accomplished!” That way that person feels awesome about themselves! #thetrainer #Insideoutfitness #parkour #personaltrainer #functionaltraining #hoodriver #insideoutfitnesshoodriver #ultramarathon #fitness #functionaltrainer #health #running #fitnessaddict #workout #cardio #train #training #healthy #parkour #freerunning #healthychoices #active #strong #motivation #determination #lifestyle #getfit #cleaneating #eatclean #exercise
