Matoska is “balance king”!

Matoska is one cool kid! Just yesterday he taught me something about my favorite band, “AC/DC”! He also showed off his “balance” talents by standing on the goof board (pipe down the middle) with a strong band pulling in one direction; his arms on a 9# bar on his shoulders and a 3 pound ball in only one hand! He was balancing 5-10 minutes like this! Way to go Matoska! Oh, what year did “Thunderstruck” come out? #thetrainer #Insideoutfitness #parkour #personaltrainer #functionaltraining #hoodriver #insideoutfitnesshoodriver #ultramarathon #fitness #functionaltrainer #health #running #fitnessaddict #workout #cardio #train #training #healthy #parkour #freerunning #healthychoices #active #strong #motivation #determination #lifestyle #getfit #cleaneating #eatclean #exercise
