Couldn’t have done this without you! #Thetrainer

The #canadiandeathrace was a lot of fun! I learned a great deal that I can apply to future endeavors, especially next year at the https://www.facebook.com/tourdumontblancintraining ! I also met some fine folks, most from Canada but also a gal from Kenya! I am also 100% pleased with my efforts because I gave my all in training and racing! Thanks to all who supported me back home in the Columbia River Gorge! Without your positive energy, I would have been a lost soul in a foreign land, thank you so much! #Thetrainer #insideoutfitness #hoodriver #personaltrainer #functionaltraining #run #runner #running #CanadianDeathRace2015 #fit #runtoinspire #furtherfasterstronger #seenonmyrun #trailrunning #trailrunner #columbiagorgerunningclub #runhappy #instagood #time2run #happyrunner #marathon #runners #trailrun #fitness #cardio #training #tourdumontblanc
