Folks, my clients learn because I am constantly teaching as they train. They get a multiple choice health and fitness question every session worth $2.00. They get a question worth $25-$50.00 every time they renew(3 or 6 mo. $25 and $50.00 for a year renewal). I hope other trainers and coaches are doing something similar because just moving isn’t enough, one needs to know why?
