Man or slug?

Folks, we have one life. What are you going to do when times get tough? Well, I don’t know about you but when I get older and hanging out with my wheelchair, cane and my pills keeping my ticket ticking, I want to look back at my life and feel that it was worth living! The only way that I know to do that is to to stop at times while I’m living and ask myself, ” Rick, is this living like a man or a slug?” ( nothing against slugs but i want a little more action in my life)! I choose man! #thetrainer #Insideoutfitness #thetrainer #personaltrainer #functionaltraining #hoodriver #insideoutfitnesshoodriver #ultramarathon #fitness #functionaltrainer #health #running #fitnessaddict #workout #cardio #train #training #healthy #parkour #freerunning #healthychoices #active #strong #motivation #determination #lifestyle #getfit #cleaneating #eatclean #exercise
