Congratulations to my “brave outdoors training” clients who took on the winter weather and kept coming back for more! – “The” Trainer/Inside Out Fitness

I just sent this message to my brave patrons ( my “outdoors clients”) for “thriving” this past winter training with me in the great outdoors! These folks have really “mastered” their minds/bodies and I have no doubt that they will NEVER end up in the group that totally stops training! THEY MADE A CHALLENGE TO THEMSELVES and passed with flying colors! Thank you my friends! “The” Trainer/ Inside Out Fitness #outdoors #outdoorstraining #brave #functionaltraining #columbiarivergorge #hoodriver #stevensonwashington
