Spostamento del corpo (moving the body) month at Inside Out Fitness !
I’ll be doing one run in 3 countries in 2016. “Tour du Mont Blanc”. So to pay tribute to Italy (one of the countries I’ll run in), I will be increasing my daily health & fitness questions from $2.00 to $3.00 gift certificate for all of my clients Getting those questions correct during the month of November, 2015! As a trainer, I am very interested in helping to increase my clients knowledge along with their fitness levels!
