Happiness = trainer & client being responsible! #Thetrainer

Folks, both trainer and client have responsibilities. If both live up to their responsibility, then the client will be happy because he or she will reach their goals and have fun along the way, as well as being healthier and that is very happy indeed! The trainer will get the great feeling of knowing that he or she has helped a person become more than they had before envisioned! So they both are in the “helping ” business! But both must carry their own load. If only one accomplishes the task then neither trainer or client will be happy. Happiness is the root of all greatness! Go out and get happy! #thetrainer #Insideoutfitness #thetrainer #personaltrainer #functionaltraining #hoodriver #insideoutfitnesshoodriver #ultramarathon #fitness #functionaltrainer #health #running #fitnessaddict #workout #cardio #train #training #healthy #parkour #freerunning #healthychoices #active #strong #motivation #determination #lifestyle #getfit #cleaneating #eatclean #exercise
