Most people that I have seen that do New Years Resolutions almost never accomplish their goals and usually it’s because they are too “greedy!” They choose a goal that would take anyone seriously considering accomplishing it, 3-6 months to do but they want it done in like “2 weeks!” So of course they “fail” but if you ask them they will tell you that they set themselves up for the “failure,” because deep down they knew that they were “biting off much more than they could chew!” “The” Trainer/Inside Out Fitness
