Everything we do is done at an angle. The trick is to understand which angles are better than others. I’m a functional trainer so I’m primarily working with angles used to work out with in order to get our best outcome or goal. If you only use the same angle for all exercises then it will severely limit what you can accomplish. But if you use the proper angle for the exercise and the body part that you are targeting then you can spend the same amount of time but get much better results!
Having said that, everything we do, as I said, is done better or worse depending on our choices of angles that we use. Examples: I encourage my clients to do half of their teeth brushing with the right hand and the other half with the left hand to achieve all the angles for better oral care. If you like taking pictures you’ll find that taking them at different angles will give you totally different looks! If you are in court, then you have to explain your situation from an angle that allows the people listening to understand you better. If you are a baseball pitcher, the angle you throw might be different depending on who the batter is! Etc…
So you see how important it is to learn about angles no matter who you are, who you’re talking to or what it is you are doing! Thanks, Life@62! #angles #anglesarelife #functionaltrainingoutside #functionaltrainer
