When I tell people that I do all of my training outside, I get all kinds of weird looks! Why? Because as long as they have been alive there have been “gyms!” So they only know what they know! But folks have been into physical fitness for centuries! So when I talk to folks, they don’t get it? I explain that much of outside training requires a person to really know their bodies! You must understand what it takes to use your body as its own resistance! Why? Because most of the things you can use outside are immovable objects! if you’re on a trail and stop at a big rock, for instance, in order to “workout” something needs to move unless You are doing ‘isometric exercises!’ But the rock can’t , you have to understand the movement of your body because that’s what has to move! “The” Trainer/Inside Out Fitness
