People love to watch underdog movies! Root for the person that is behind. But when we step back and we look at real life, that all goes away. Why? In movies we usually know that it’s a “come from behind” setup. We also know that the people paid and expect the movie to end with the underdog winning!
But in real life we don’t know what will happen so we are usually the ones putting down the underdog, betting against them because we want to make sure we end rooting for the winner! So I say TAKE A CHANCE! Root for the person not expected to win. Why? Because if you root for an underdog, just once, and they WIN! You will experience a sensation bigger bolder than you could in a lifetime rooting only for EXPECTED WINNERS!, #exercise #fitness #workout #gym #health #motivation #fit #training #fitnessmotivation #healthy #fitfam #weightloss #bodybuilding #healthylifestyle #lifestyle #personaltrainer #cardio #muscle #gymlife #fitspo #strong #instafit #diet #crossfit #wellness
