I’ll tell you something that most people would say, “of course I know that!” But knowing and doing are two different things! “In this world, people have “illogically” learned that in order to accomplish something big we must buy something big! Well when you are dealing with the human body, that isn’t true! if you spent zero dollars on getting fit and you spent your time actually acting on what you can do with your body I’m certain you’ll do better than the folks that think spending money will get them there! You don’t “need” to go to a gym(I’ve not been in one in years), you don’t need to buy a bunch of equipment! All you need is the great outdoors, your body and dedication to using the two to get into that awesome shape! Remember that folks that go to gyms and spend a lot of money on fitness contraptions usually feel that putting themselves around “stuff” will do a great degree towards their health and fitness, but it won’t!
That thing I’m talking about is you and your desire to take w hat is available and use it ‘fully’ to make your dreams come true! I’ll tell you something…
