Share a lesson you wish you had learned earlier in life. When having a conversation with someone, I now focus on what they are saying more instead of automatically thinking of my reaction to their statement! Also, I try to not immediately go into my answer to them but wait a second or two of “buffer time” before responding. I feel this has helped with my conversations! Thanks!

Someone saw one of my videos where I was training outside and asked “why don’t you just go to a gym? For someone that doesn’t know me or my clients, that’s probably not a bad question? Here’s the answer … Why? • outdoors is better for “Functional Training!” MUCH BETTER! • fresh air is “outside!” •sunshine is “outside!” • outdoors you can go to many different locations and you don’t have to see the same place every day! Outdoors is Free! Gyms are getting costlier all the time! ETC. … So if you don’t like fresh air and you don’t want to improve your functional skills and you have too much money and you prefer seeing the same old place every day … then i’d suggest you stick with a gym! We’ll be out here living life (for me @ 60 years!)
