It’s well known that thinking about and contracting a muscle while working it helps you immensely! Well, when we practice posing we are enhancing that process and taking a further step in “mind/body” work! – Life@62!

“Posing” is excellent for pumping up your muscles and to also finish with your training! – Life@62!

In addition to outdoor training, as a minimalist I really enjoy training in very small spaces! When I do, I work my mind a lot more because I have to be creative and think of different ways to workout!
