- Ok so you’ve got a kid in high school that played very well and then went to college and played well for most of the time in his “freshman year” and then things started to happen kinda negatively… I don’t think what happened to him is all that different than what has happened to other young people in a country that “chews folks up and spits them out!” We’ve got a system of either loving or hating kids and that system, and the adults in it, should be on trial and not this young man! It reminds me of our country’s politics in that there doesn’t seem to be anything happening in the middle where most of the common sense lies! Our country, including kids sports need to wake up before too much hate builds up (if that hasn’t already happened!).
