Tell us about your favorite pair of shoes, and where they’ve taken you.
I grew up on a farm in Kentucky and during summer months, we rarely wore shoes! My brothers and I used to have races on gravel roads barefoot and did so much more without shoes! Now I’m 62 and go “shoeless” whenever I can!
Because I did all of that growing up, I now have no problems with my feet or my ankles and run trails over rocks and other stuff!
