I decided, because of the “bullying,” to start exercising and being prepared to protect myself if needed! Because of my experiences I went onto becoming an RN in CCU for 15 years and for the last 20+ years I have been a “Functional Trainer!” Those two things have helped me and the folks I worked with become a better person(‘s)! It all started because of my response to “bullying!”
