Our minds fail to register words such as “prevent,” or “stop!” So when we say we want to “stop smoking,” as example, then our mind attaches to “smoking” but not so much with “stop!” So we act on the main terms that we feed to our senses! So fill your mind with more “positive” & less negative main terms! “The” Trainer/Inside Out Fitness #thehumanmind
