Just went to Walmart
A lady stopped me and said,

“I read your post where you were saying
that you were tired of all the arguing and
going on in politics and that you would
rather spend time helping people to
get happy and smile.”

I said, “Yeah”

She said, “It ain’t never going to happen”
Now, when she put the “never” and the “ever” together like that, I
thought she was some long
lost friend from my childhood in Kentucky. But she weren’t.
Then she said,”this is the way it’s always been and
it ain’t never (there it is again) gonna change!

I asked her if she has totally given up on it then?
She said,”pretty much”
I asked her”I’ve not yet got my fill, would you mind
if I continue on working on those smiles”?
———
She said “sure”, but “you are gonna be on the losing
end because it ain’t never gonna work”! She left.

Now here is the real problem as I see it, this lady
THINKS SHE IS WINNING!
