How do you judge your fitness? My guess is mines a little different.

I would think that most would say how they look or something like that.

Me? I don’t pay any attention to how I look!
What then? My fitness is all about movement! If I were to gain even 1 pound then I couldn’t run and do the things I do. What’s funnny is that I end up in awesome shape but never have to put myself through all of the “mental” games! Thanks, Rick
