Started @12 years old… Changed my body (mind as well) from bodybuilder(many shows) to Powerlifter(950 pound squat in competition) to running marathons (several hundred) to ultramarathons(30+) to now(62 years old and continuing to stay in great shape {running mountains} but doing zero competitions) — “The” Trainer 02/26/202602/26/2026
