I feel the most important thing to do when thinking of exercise training is to always “choose to do something you already love or you feel you will love doing!” You’ll read all kinds of things comparing one exercise against another, but if you don’t like doing them then you won’t and it makes the comparison “mute!” Thank you so much for your comments and questions!
