Below, read a concise introduction to my life in fitness starting 50 years ago till today! — “The” Trainer

Thank you I’ll have to check on those! I started out 50 years ago working out to get stronger to handle a bully! Then I got into arm wrestling; then bodybuilding; then powerlifting; then moved to the PNW where there are all these wonderful mountains and trails and first hiked then I now run mountains! I’ve done stuff like “Pikes Peak Marathon” “The Canadian Death Race” and others but now I still run mountains but no longer feel the “need” to run races against others, I just run a lot against myself! I’ve also took the calendar year when I turned 50 and then again at 60 and ran 5000 and 6000 miles during those years to celebrate those two birthdays! Thanks again and “KEEP MOVING FORWARD!”
