“Angles & changing them up is so ‘UNDERRATED!’” If you just hit one angle(let’s say flat bench presses) you will get somewhat stronger and bigger (without much definition) but that’s it! If you work from all the different angles (inclines, plyometric pushups{different angles on those} and every different angle that you can think of{there are literally thousands because every time you move a hand or foot or ankle and wrist even 1/4 of an inch you create another ANGLE}) you will get much stronger and you can basically “carve out your muscles(by using resistance at all the different angles) like you do with your knife while slicing your ‘turkey on thanksgiving!’” – “The” Trainer life@60 Life@60
