What have you been working on?
I’ve been running mountains with bands tied to my ankles (from waist to ankles) while carrying something on my shoulders (ex. Bulgarian bag/ VIPR)!
By CAN’T DO THIS IN A GYM!
Sometimes we go farther with less… Sometimes it’s better for us…
