I thought I’d tried “cheesecake” until I tried “Ingrid’s Cheesecake and Pastries” CHEESECAKE in the Columbia River Gorge and I found that I had never had a good cheesecake! 10/14/202510/14/2025
The bottom line… choose your exercise methods mostly by what you like doing and will stick with! If someone tells you that you should be training like “such and such” but you know you don’t enjoy it and won’t continue it then what value is it to you? ie. Common sense to the rescue! 09/26/2025
