Watch how they treat others: See how they interact with strangers, peers, and those they perceive as “inferior” (like service staff).  12/22/2025

To be a good judge of character, observe people’s actions and patterns over time, especially how they treat others in tough situations, while also understanding your own values and biases; listen to their words and nonverbal cues for consistency, ask open-ended questions, and learn from past experiences to see beyond initial impressions and focus on core behaviors and motivations. 12/22/2025
