When deciding what things will help us and which will hurt, it really helps to know who we are and how we want our lives to be! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
So basically, our lives are lived better when we know ourselves and what technologies will help and which would hurt! 11/29/2025
Know yourself better than anything external! Why? Because that’s where we spend the most of our time! #commonsense – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
Nothing external to us is all that harmful to us as long as we use our minds to allow what helps us and to disallow what can hurt us! ie. we must take control of us! #takecontrolofourselves 11/29/2025
Think about it: when you want to improve your body, is it predominantly better to learn about yourself from an “inside perspective” or an external one (a watch)? – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant #outdoortrainingspecialist 11/29/2025
So the way I see it is that I can be happier with new technology only after I know myself well enough to know which types help and which ones hurt! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
I’m an #outdoortrainingspecialist and I don’t want or need a watch to give me all of my vital signs or steps counter or anything like it because I like to pay close attention to how my body feels and not just getting “numbers” from a watch! I truly believe I’d be in worse shape, “mentally and physically” if I relied on one! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
I need to use some technology but limit it for sure! I don’t used a tv, stereo, computer (other than my iPhone ), I don’t even have wireless internet! Just my phone and that’s it! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
I like “common sense” and for now it’s telling me I’m not ready for an “EV” yet but maybe some day??? – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
We think that we “need” all the newest technology but guess what? You don’t and what’s more? It could make things worse! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
I’m a minimalist to a point, so there are many electronics and digital devices I will never use and I like it like that! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
I don’t use a TV; Laptop; computer and many other technologies! I use an iPhone only! That’s right, I’m a “minimalist outdoors Functional Trainer!” Oh, and I love it like that! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
MP3 players and cassettes! I now use a very portable am/fm radio that uses the earphones as an antenna! Works so well and I find that “old school radio” is better for me! – “The” Trainer Outdoor Training Specialist /Consultant 11/29/2025
In 1983, just a year after the introduction of the compact disc, Kees Schouhamer Immink and Joseph Braat presented the first experiments with erasable magneto-optical compact discs during the 73rd AES Convention in Eindhoven.[9] It took almost 10 years, however, before their idea was commercialized. 11/29/2025
Sony announced the MiniDisc in September 1992 and released it in November[2] of that year for sale in Japan and in December in Europe, North America, and other countries 11/29/2025
